Umbau Einzelhaus in Dubai

Our scope on this existing Signature Villa on the Palm Jumeirah included the complete refurbishment of all external facades, landscape and pool design as well as Interior design inclusive pieces of custom made furniture.

The existing layout featured very small bed and bathrooms and disconnected living areas. By incorporating the external porches which were rarely used due to the harsh weather conditions into the internal space we could achieve generously sized rooms. The various functions of the living areas were opened up and connected and now stand out by their free flow.

The external facades were simplified as much as Nakheel guidelines would allow in order to get a modern and clear appearance.

The pool area was relocated in order to benefit from the North-east orientation and maximised in length to 25m. The roof of the pool bar reminds of the Arabic crescent moon and offers shade for the bar area below.
